PROS:
The most amazing thing about the HP Elitebook 8530w, aside from its durability, is its power. It has all the features that give a workstation its power. All of this power is simply encased in a compact and durable shell of a laptop.
The Elitebook 8530w delivers a range of business features, which include a complete suite of security solutions to safeguard business data from malware, viruses, Trojans and other threats that can compromise the firm’s information.
Besides that, HP has equipped this business laptop with the means to process heavy duty games: a feature that is rarely found in business laptops.
CONS:
For its excellent features, users also have to pay a very hefty price tag to obtain the 8530w. Moreover, it is very heavy weighing about 2.86 kilograms. There is also negative feedback as to the quality of its speakers’ output as well as to the size of its touchpad area.
CONCLUSION:
Despite issues on its price and its weight, the Elitebook 8530w is still worth a close look. It has all the necessary features for business-level processing, plus it gives a great bonus for being able to process games that other notebooks are otherwise unable to deliver. Good value for your money.
