If you’re planning to start a business and need a laptop that’s easy to operate, then get the HP Compaq 615. If you are familiar with the Compaq 610, then you should have no trouble with this one. It’s similar to the 615 that it’s as if it’s a twin. The only difference between the two laptops is that the 615 runs on an AMD processor whereas the 610 uses Intel.

 

The Compaq 615’s AMD Dual Core Processor is what makes it possible to do computing work that is needed in every business. Although it doesn’t use a GForce graphics card, by using the ATI Radeon HD 3200, you are able to get very good images. Add this with its 15.6” screen then you are truly in for a treat.

 

Want to connect to the internet? The Compaq 615 gives you two choices, you can use either WLAN or Bluetooth. Furthermore, the laptop also has a webcam installed if you want to have a video conference with a client. It also a card reader as well as a DVD burner in case you want to keep back-up copies of your files. The only problem so far is that it has limited number of ports. You only have VGA and USB ports to use. The security features that it offers though may make up for the lack of additional ports. These include the HP Drive Guard, HP DriveLock, HP Disk Sanitizer and HP SpareKey.

The Compaq 615 has a very good quality which is what users expect from HP. Its sharp display is also very good and its security features helps you keep whatever is inside safe. It goes without saying that its best feature is the price.

 

Cons:

As already mentioned, the Compaq 615 doesn’t have that many ports for you to use.

 

Conclusion:

The Compaq 615 is a good laptop for those who are just starting a business. At the price it is selling and its features, it’s more than a bargain.
